I was in noodles position once, having the girl I love in my grasp only to lose her due to selfishness. Fortunately for me she took me back knowing I changed and dropped my act. I cried watching this film knowing how close I was to being like Noodles in the end, and knowing how painful it is to realize you lost something so much more valuable than money and power. To lose and betray real love is unlike any pain in the world. Incredible movie, and incredible music by Morricone. Sergio Leone, thank you for creating this masterpiece.

Let this music make you reflect on what you have done, lost gained and what you want out of life. I've lost the 2 most important things to me since the 1st on new yrs eve. Having to turn off the machine keeping my youngest brother alive. The 2nd was my 7yr old son telling me that one of mum's friends was sleeping in our bed, when dad wasn't there. These were times when I was giving her some special time with her other son from previous relationship. To stop him going off the rails. All she was doing after 10 yrs of being with the only woman I've ever loved. Was mugging me off with this other fella. That was 3 yrs ago and it destroyed me. I've not seen or spoke to my son since. She won't let me. Waiting on a court date for access to see and spend time with my boy. It's been a total nightmare. I'm all alone with nobody to turn to and it's so hard to keep going on this way. All I want, is to see my son. So let this music make you think and see what your life is about. Before this happened to me, I was so happy.

@@jeremuz_eins, many thanks for your kind words. Go to court in July. She will have had 3 an half yrs to get in my son Masons head and turn him against me. If he says he doesn't want to see or speak to me. Then I will walk away and most probably that will be the last few days of my life. Mason is 10 now, I'm 60 by the time he understands what she has done. It will be too late. I'll be dead or close to it. Why do women always get believed and get all the help. I can't afford a solicitor. She gets legal aid. I have to represent myself in court. All the previous hearings have gone against me. That won't change this time. I know I'm going to lose, but I still have to go, just so when he gets older. He knows that I did everything I could to see and be with Mason. It's embarrassing a 60 Yr old man crying like a baby. I've never been so heartbroken and destroyed, I hate my life and all what she has done to me. Never thought it would happen to me, after being in love for the first time in my life. I gave her everything. She was the one who talked me into having another baby at 50 yrs old. I fell for it, cos I loved her so much and thought we would be together for the rest of our lives.

It's got me now where I won't go out anymore. I'm a nervous wreck and don't have any confidence. Lucky if I eat once a day, haven't got courage to do anything. Lost my court case, they put up so many barriers n obstacles that I couldn't achieve. All I want is to die, but I haven't got the bollox to do it myself. Please let my misery end, there's nothing for me now to live for. All the best to you people out there who are not seeing their children.

My father used to work in the cinema when he was a young boy, he was in love with Ennio's music and these movies. This song was one of his favorites. When he passed... we chose this song right here for when all of my male nephews brought their grandfather's coffin out of the church holding him on their shoulders. It was the perfect song to exit the church. It described my father perfectly... Now every time I listen to it I get those images in my mind again... music is so powerful. Ennio was a true artist. I love people who appreciate the beauty in it.
