True, the most ridiculous case I'd heard of was the will of the Coleman's bar in Rathgar I think. 9 out of the 11 grown up children . Just to clarify; it's Coman's. The disagreement was between the two elderly parents and 5 of their 6 sons in 2004. Then, in 2019 the mother excluded them from her estate and left her fortune to her six daughters. That figure of €14,000,000 is poppycock as is the final legal cost which was never disclosed.

A teacher is suspended and ends up in jail . That seems fairly normal. His sister is dismissed unfairly from her job, and ends up with a dept charge harnessed to her like a ball and chain . Enoch Burke and Ammi Burke are siblings who have shown sociopathic characteristics from very early on when they were both found to have misappropriated funds in NUIG. Both picked up lifetime bans from the Christian Union having held officer posts in that union. Any victory they perceive or proclaim by giving the fingers to the court is pyrrhic because there isn't an employer who touch either of them for the rest of their lives. Their parents did that to them. They think their behaviour is rational. They're finding out the hard way. Their parents have already had their lives. Both Enoch and Ammie come from a staunch religious upbringing with strict moral beliefs instilled into them from their upbringing . The route and reason of Ammie Burkes dismissal and expulsion from her job will only be deemed a political one as the tribunal found in favour of her former employers. ( I'm well aware of how the mechanisms of favours work in a country ruled by the mafia class) . Enoch very vocal in his anti- abortion stance leading up to the abortion referendum made enemies holding opposite interests at high level , suddenly on the register of intelligence as an upstart to be very weary of. My opinion is that they both are now victims of political and institutional targeting and I totally agree with you, they will probably never get positions of employment that through academic achievement and qualification are suitable to . That would of course equate to more institutional and political discrimination . The term Boycott comes to mind . But what criminal activity did both indulge in ? Enoch for not paying his fines for breaking the terms of an injunction and his sister that stood stead fastly in his support ( like a good sister would and more so is the real reason she was sacked than to give the company of solicitors she worked for a bad reputation ) I asked what criminal activity as Enoch to my knowledge is still currently in prison and still being media demonised in a week when political prisoner Julian Assange is set free.

The mother has a sort of homeschool operation in Castlebar but how much if anything she makes off of it is anyone's guess. Enoch is still getting paid by Wilson's Hospital and Ammi has seventy thousand go away money from Arthur Cox. They also tend to represent themselves in court so no need to pay for representation. I'm guessing but these could be reasons they are able to keep the show on the road.

Nevertheless ,with heavy legal costs and fines for trespassing on Wilsons Hospital accruing by the day even a maths lecturer from the Burke school of "geniuses" would have trouble balancing the books on income versus substantial costs already incurred. Whilst I understand the legal implications regarding costs around both Enoch and Ammi Burke. I personally empathise and applaud Enoch Burke, he has shown incredible resilience, fortitude and perseverance throughout this campaign of bullying and intimidation against him because he simply wouldn’t concede to the woke brigade within the school, the government and the department of education. He absolutely held the right to oppose the command and dictatorship of the school to refer to a confused and psychologically unwell child with a pronoun. Thus this LGBT woke transgenderism ideology is abhorrent and unwanted by the vast majority of our society, it is pushed on people in their daily lives, work, restaurants, businesses, buses, flags and the indoctrination within our schools is an odious ideology that is destroying our youth and destroying their innocence and conditioning them to believe its “normal” to identity as another sex or to mutilate their bodies to comply with this sick warped narrative. Enoch Burke never lost touch with his religious beliefs, his core values, his integrity. He should never ever have been let go from his position as a school teacher, it was unfair dismissal and discrimination against him. he is a highly qualified and educated young man employed as an educator to students and he dedicated his time and resources to successfully educate his students BUT he was publicly denounced and subjected to abuse by the principal of the school and the board of the school because he fought back against a regime of bullying because he would not tolerate the request to comply to such an unacceptable ideology . He lost his position as a teacher and subsequently the school took legal action against him and the state made a yardstick out of Enoch to set a precedent to the rest of the country that echoed loudly that those don’t comply with the agenda will be punished accordingly. He should never ever have been sacked from his position as a school teacher. Therefore he was within his right to contest that decision and turn up to work. He never committed any wrongdoing or a crime against any member of society. The entire establishment decided to join forces and throw him under the bus. He has spent 400 days incarcerated in prison for NOTHING. He has proven that he has more integrity, honesty, core values and principles than the entire Irish government put together. Personally I believe he would make an outstanding and stellar leader in this country. We need to overthrow the gangsters that are dismantling our country and bring A man of true character to the forefront like Enoch Burke. He has all the hallmarks of Michael Collins character and he would reset our country to a leadership that possesses values, integrity, honesty, principles and ceases the corruption and greed that is destroying our country today.

As far as I can understand even while Enoch is in prison his salary as a teacher still goes on , so there is money there. Thanks very much for this video. It is an aspect I've been curious about. What are the costs? As in, in a 'normal' case it would seem that there would be the prosecution legal team costs, and there would be the defendant legal team cost (in the case of the Burkes, it would be just their own time...). But is there also costs associated with the judge, use of court room and related personnel? If so, do those costs get written off as a bad debt if the winner decides not to pursue? Or is the court time paid for separately via taxes?

No, the costs would be the legal costs of the other party in the proceedings eg Wilson’s hospital school and/or Mediahuis. There are no costs re the judge or court room or personnel. They are paid for by the taxpayer.

Given what you explained in the video, that it is up to the winners to pursue collecting the debt, and oftentimes deciding not to do so as it would be throwing good money after bad (as unlikely to be able to collect such amounts from the Burkes), that the Burkes will not have to pay for any of these/future court cases so. 🙄. And that we the tax payers are ultimately paying for the 'court costs' (Judges, courthouse time, related personal and paperwork, etc. ). Thanks again for these videos!

I think there was a time that if you did not pay your debt the creditor could seek to have you placed in prison until such time the money was paid. I don't know if that is still the case.
