For some reason I only gravitate to mostly Life Style games. Not sure how long I will live but I think I have now invested in about 10 lifestyle games. (ATO, SoB, KDM, Conan, TMB,....)

Yeah went deluxe pledge, I wasn't a big fan of many of the expansions, specifically the 2 that are space Marine and chaos inspired. I really liked the ghost themed expansion so I might add that in the pledge manager. I went ALL-In on all their other games. Aeon Trespass, and Kingdoms Forlorn.

Big pass. I was interested when I heard they were doing a standee edition, but cancelled my early bird pledge when I saw they were forcing you to get minis in all the expansions. I was very interested in the premise, but the game feels very cobbled together and unfinished based on the couple of playthroughs I watched. Personally I'm tired of waiting multiple years for games to deliver. It's mentally exhausting, so these massive campaigns are less and less appealing for me. If it ends up being good when it finally delivers I'll look at picking it up second hand then.

Jean Luc Piccard comment and a Europe acapella, there's really nothing more we can ask for. Oh yeah, the game: it looks interesting, but I just don't have space for it on my shelf. A single campaign of 15-30h when I can barely get the games I love that take far less time to the table is too much for me right now.

I, for one, am very excited for this game. It's nearly exactly what I'm looking for in a dungeon-crawler, as a solo player. The price is definitely hard to swallow, but for those who are unsure because of that -- get the core, maybe even the pledge level where you get 4 expansions of your choice. Itll be more than enough. Dont be a psycho like me and get all the gameplay content. Or, consider that if this game is recieved well, it'll almost certainly get a 2nd printing. And at that point, it'll have plenty of reviews

Looks cool! BUT I am still waiting for ATO 2nd printing to arrive (delayed since September) so that's not reassuring, and there's just no way I can back another big game when I have so many piling up. I doubt I can justify buying any game for at least 1 year!

I mean the affiliate links are always there so you can get any of the studio equipment I use. I get asked a lot about my set up so it's easy to just have them in every video.

i skipped it. but truth be told if it werent for my pile of shame of campaign games i probably wouldve backed; i really dig the setting and with ato itu showed how mad creative they are being able to bring such a setting to life.

Not having a standee only version and price point is my guess as to why it’s not going as high as expected. Price point is so bloated and way too many expansions.

I ended up cancelling my pledge. I have Nemesis and Retaliation on the way, so I just didn't see enough of a difference. But I think more than any other reason I think I feel safer waiting for the retail 2.0 version in 2027-2028. I was only interested in the core box too.

Won't be available at retail and as I mentioned nemesis is a completely different experience, but I don't doubt that you probably have enough games anyways 😉

Too each is own, but for me Enormity seemed quite different then Nemesis. Enormity was more focused on Narrative and exploration.

I don't think they were quite as successful as they had hoped, like you I had thought it would have hit 1 million USD within days of opening if not on opening day, less than than 48 hours and still not hitting the mark was quite surprising... IMHO

Yea, poor marketing strategy. Better offer a third of it after the holidays. Then do another campaign after core is released for more expansion. Same error as ATO reprint, but CEO said he doesn't care

Really expensive for an all in one pledge during holiday season. Would have liked to back. Or had the opportunity for later add ons. The inability to make later add on purchases turned me away.

As far as I know, you can still add stuff through the pledge manager, like normal. That's what I'm doing! The only thing is the prices may go up slightly come Jan. 1; but ITU has said they're trying to prevent that

you can absolutely add stuff in the pm, and they said it'd most likely have stretch pay options as well.

I cancelled my pledge. The only game I’m super interested in the lore and looking forward to is Celestial I think as far as a life game. I just keep reminding myself that’s gonna be $1,000 so it’s easy to convince myself not to back these other projects haha

It's hard to say that their games are masterpieces when to this point they've only delivered one, to part of one. All the rest are at undelivered "who knows how they play" status.
