I've used Enscape for such a long time, but when I transitioned to D5 render. I realized how unoptimized Enscape was. I hope the developers start doing their work lol, for every update they are just adding new assets that are useless.

I have been using D5 for more than 4 years, I know they are moving fast, but step by step you need to change your computer to another more powerful... so I will return to enscape again.

I been using escape since begining and before that Vray. And enscape still need to work on their lighting engine . D5 is new and they are more cost effective and their lighting engine is 10x better

CHAOSE bought enscape, they wont allow it to grow and outperform their own vray and vantage.

@@vmafarah9473 yup and I said the same thing back when they announced it being bought . I remember telling people they will emulate it and push enacape out. No one believes me but vantage is proof

@wicamulia Lumion 2024 introduced Ray tracing and new plant updates . In terms of look Lumion just barely beatd out D5. But cost to production value D5 hands down. Also animations in lumion still take ages ,

For me its pretty much the same thing, kinda sad tho if you think these should be in the in between range of 3 and 4 versions. I would have loved more export render channels, improved water model, maybe extra features, improved quality in reflections, more grass options (more realistic) maybe animated people or even to to have moving cars to properly render motion blur, and as like lumion, high res close up planting and trees, but instead its pretty much to me just the same old thing, not really worth upgrading

Or even a start on ai improvement engine, for example, render an enscape person and with enscape ai change the face model to be more realistic. It does not have to be a marvelous breakthrough, but at least it has some beginning to it and can be optimized in future releases. But instead let do what sketchup do. Here is our brand new version, but its just the same, just a few small extra things and does not really say, thats why you should upgrade lol

I completely agree. What I do is enhance the renders using Ai (I use krea) so some of the textures get improved with Ai, (others don’t) and with software like photoshop or alike, you can blend the enscape image with the krea enhancement, and you get a slightly more realistic result with just a little and easy post processing (I just mask one layer over the other, letting some enhancements arise)

Exactly! AI won't be the final solution for your render, but leveraging on it for details on your render and then reworking it in post-production is the way to go

enscape update still slow, while d5 render has very cool update every 1 to 6 months and its FREE. still nice update for enscape.

I don’t hate Enscape, but it is severely lacking in their render quality and workflow. I feel like Twinmotion’s workflow is friendlier, and among many things, its render quality can be upscale through Lumen or path tracer. I feel like Enscape’s quality is pretty final which I dislike.

True enscape is great to render fast. Then to improve its quality you need to go through post production
