That's a pretty house, you wouldn't want to see my first build, it's just a roof over the head, hehe. I'm struggling with the building so far, but I'm playing the game first and worry about the building later. Too bad we can only have 2 flame altars. I understand why, so we don't cheese the game by rogue building, which you can still do to a degree. But that means you only have one build per world basically. I hope they will allow to earn more altars later in the game for great builds, with all the different block types, it's really hard to not do very differently styled houses. Edit: Oh nevermind, you do get more altars with upgrading the flame, that is very good news for us builders!

taking off snapping when you can't get the piece to fit as you'd like would be helpful to making the building process easier to do. i noticed you were struggling with the roof pieces a lot and if you pressed 'X' to disable snapping it snaps in one block increments. hope this helps!

Well done Basic, very cool starter house! Game came out 45 hours ago and I already have 28 hours in it lol... I found the building bit to be much harder than Valheim, but also potentially more detailed as well because of the single blocks. It's hard to get used to but I'm loving it so much! What do You think? Can't wait to see your next builds! :)
