Saw them last night in Boston! Amazing show….neither one of them missed a single note! Incredible. Steve Vai was talking about sneaking into the pool at a hotel like 2 miles down the road from the concert hall when he was a Berklee student. So freaking cool.

I was at this show!! Opening night of the tour; 11th Satch show/8th Vai show. This one was my favorite! Great venue, an awesome crowd, and the setlists from both were excellent. Loved the G2 Encore; Sea of Emotion Pt 1 is a masterpiece, and the Van Halen cover was cool too. A perfect night in Orlando!! Joe Satriani rules.

One of the simplest Metallica songs to play. I asked Joe at G3 of all the students he taught who was he most impressed with. He said, "The Kids, and the adults who approached playing like kids." Kirk was in that list. Wish I was there to see this. Great job guys!

Saw Vai at Generation Axe. I have seen a lot of shows in my life, and Joe sir, I have come to more of your shows than anyone else. You are entertaining and inspiring. Can’t wait to do it again!

This performance proves that Joe Satriani is truly human. Had a little bit of struggle with the solo I noticed, but it is not an easy solo by any stretch of the imagination. Otherwise fantastic cover. I definitely would’ve lost my mind if I had experienced it live because it is one of my favorite rock songs.
