Enter the King in Green!! Dr Eggman Plays: Vice City Episode 5 (FT Scourge)
The king of Moebius joins with the good Doctor in his secret business trip in the crime filled paradise of Vice City. As the first associate to meet up with Eggman, Scourge is welcomed to the city with an introduction their recent partner in literal crime, the mobster: Tommy Vercetti. Together they take part in establishing their foothold in Vice City's criminal underground starting by doing missions for the Texan crook and real estate mogul: Avery Carrington.
In their endeavors they also become acquainted with each other in some rampages and a demolition mission requested by Avery. Such a combination is bound to lead to many antics to occur...
Dr. Eggman is a fictional character from SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. He is a mad scientist who claims to have an IQ of over 300 and is bent on world domination though his army of deadly robots. Dr Eggman is also known as Dr Robotnik and is the arch enemy of the series main character: Sonic the Hedgehog
