had the annual fam pool party saturday. i'm the eldest unc. it's a respectful title. i like it. i got a bunch of nieces & nephs too, who are having kids now. fam, friends, updating/making new connections, eating/drinking/sleeping/exercising right, are all vital to i&i overall health maintenance as an official silverback. one of my nephs is a muay thai champ in AZ. told him we're gonna take a trip to thailizzy soon with my eldest son who studied muay thai in phuket a decade ago. i studied various martial arts for many years too, so us 3 have that special connection. we're hyper stoked to go. can't wait! fulljoy your distinguished status "uncle" E-man. stay fit 🙏🏽🇹🇭🌐

My friend mentioned a while back that we often talk about ta-tas but no one is talking about prostate. He's right. I now know three men who've had serious urinary tract problems because they didn't notice their flow was diminished.
