Izzuz Otsoga no, that was the protagonist in TES IV, but he later became Sheogorath. All these Elder Scrolls games take at different part of time, Skyrim takes place 200 years later. Unless you are joking about how Dragonborn crossed the Skyrim border illegally and lost his stuff well it wouldn't make much sense

Wow, it looks like they had most of the foundation for the map laid out already. You can clearly make out where the Throat of the World is and by the end of the video he's running through what is approximately Lake Tear in the Rift. Hell, you can even see the mountain range that lines the bottom of Winterhold. Cool stuff.

There's a locked gate in the vanilla version of Skyrim at Pale Pass. A mod unlocks this gate though so you can get to Bruma.

Of course it doesn't look the same. Oblivion used a completely different engine, different color pallets, difference terrain meshes and much more. It did however somewhat resemble the area he was in which was right under Falkreath if you didn't know

@DefeaterOfGods actually it's not the only one. Arena is set in the whole of Tamriel, Daggerfall is a city in the High Rock province but the game takes place in Hammerfell too. In fact, Morrowind & Skyrim are the only TES games that share the name of the province that they are set in.

Yes, but there's no way to remove the borders which block you from getting to Skyrim on consoles. On PC, it's mainly a matter of editing a text file, and downloading an .ESP file if changing the text file didn't work.

@walihassan Actually, a large portion of tamriel is rendered into TES Skyrim. A guy on tumblr was the first to find this. Apparently, if you noclip out of the bottom right corner of the map, you can actually spot landmarks from both Morrowind and Cyrodil. I actually think it is a related video right now.
