wow, great work. it's nice to see all the LCARS Animations integrated in the Bridge. And thank you very much, that you used the TNG/VOY we saw in the First Contact and Insurrection and not the blue Nemesis ones

Agreed the DS9/VOY colour scheme is much nicer than the Nemesis LCARS 😁

I did not expect the lighting reflections to move with the 'camera' angle. Extraordinary.

Love that. Where does the bridge audio loop come from? Wild to think the TOS sonar ping is still buried in there.

Amazing! I’m humbled by the amount of details and work this must have taken. Do you have any tips for aspiring artists on how to make models look real?
@DVersiga19843 жыл бұрын
That's a hard question to answer briefly, but if you want your models to look "real", then invest time into building your texturing skills. It's an often overlooked skill by aspiring 3D artists, one that took me years to properly invest time in mastering. My work really started to take off once I learned how to make realistic textures for my models!

@@DVersiga1984 I think I need to put in the years as well. :) Your videos help by setting the bar. Keep up the good work!

Doug Drexler? Isn't that the guy that does The Venus Project renders as well?

This is absolutely amazing!!! The details are staggering!!!! I have been trying to find the Enterprise E bridge ambience for years since the 1990's game "Star Trek: Captain's Chair". Are you able to make a longer ambient video of the Enterprise E? :)

Donny, would it be alright if I used your beautiful Enterprise E renders in a Star Trek music video featuring a reimagined version of the TNG movie theme song?
@aoldham293 жыл бұрын
This is truly amazing sir! Are those 4K textures for the animated displays? How did you animate them? After Effects? What format did you export them out to, if you don’t mind me asking. I’m happily impressed.
@DVersiga19843 жыл бұрын
Most of the animated displays are just 1k videos. No need for 4K for those. The video resolution of the animations on the MSD is a 4k video. Animated in After Effects, exported as MP4s.

@@DVersiga1984 thank you for the information sir. Appreciate it. Am working on a similar personal project myself, inspired by what you’ve done on this channel.
