Joey is a smart man. He knew it was necessary. The brothers were natural in there response to an uncomfortable topic cuz they probably all just wanted to get past this moment and be done with it. I like how human they all are.

Hmmm… the brothers’ body language when Joey is talking about his reconciled marriage is very telling. Then they lit back up when talking about Matthew’s relationship with Chilli 💖. Interesting and telling. Also their body language when mom says at the end what she wishes for her boys, Joey receives the message the strongest by his reaction. I imagine Joey being a handful as the eldest and most famous. 😂💖

I loved these brothers growing up. They’re still so charming. Joey is still such the Oldest Child, getting softly annoyed by the younger brothers. Andy is still such a youngest child, messing around and always the center of attention. Matt is the middle child, trying to stay balanced and even.

I grew up with Andy, as we are the same age, so out of the three brothers, he’s the one that I have always gravitated towards the most and the one I am the most intrigued with now. He’s so quiet compared to Joey and Matt who both love to talk and are always dominating the conversations, especially on their podcast. I’d love to get Andy isolated and hear more from him.

He was in a few episodes of The United States of Tara back in 2010 and gave a very nuanced and complex performance of a possibly queer character you weren’t sure if you liked or not. I think of the 3 brothers Andy is the more artsy and introspective one. He’d be great in a Luca Guadinigno Film.
