I have been there many times, and have brought groups, family, and friends to this wonderful place over the years. One time, attendance had been low, and I saw an employee/volunteer standing and engaged a conversation about train sets in our past. I asked politely if we could go " inside a "mountain" to see the "inner sanctum" where the control systems were. He obliged with kindness and my grandson and I feasted on the electronic controls, switching, and feedback systems to keep trains from running into each other. What a great place!!!!

Yes you did a good job on this sad thing that this beautiful train layout is gone on January 5 and you said that it is for sell and you like the bumper cars and something else but I don't remember what you said. What I like is the big boy, Santa Fe, and the 2 rollercoasters but I know that it would be way to much money that I can afford. But it would be nice that I could get them and afford it too

Well done... as always I enjoyed the drone footage. it gives a nice feel of the size from above :) There is so much to see there, no matter how many times you go. I enjoyed watching your perspective and some of the things that caught your eye, that I never even noticed... it was always a cool place like that. I made it there in November and have so much stuff to put out still... lol.. my inside information told me that the marble collection will be going back to the owners, and the Lionel train setup will also go back to the owner. Then the rumor had that there is an investor interested in all of the trains out in Las Vegas. That would make sense to try and set up something out there. It will definitely cost a lot more to visit that attraction. We shall see how the rumor mill plays out :)

As an old model railroader this makes me sad. If you grew up where and when I did, you had to come up with something to do in the Winter months. Everybody had trains. Toy trains and Christmas were inseparable. I am just old enough to remember the very last days of steam and remember the lumbering smoking giants running through our little farm town. My children have absolutely no interest in models, or in trains in general. They are merely an impediment to car travel. Maybe a hero investor will come along. It makes me feel really old and sad.

@banjoist123 My late Father loved model trains and had a very large collection. The newer generation doesn't have the same interest. This place created alot of interest in model railroad railroading. Since we uploaded the video, a Buyer from Chattanooga, TN purchased the entire Train Display and it is supposed to be back on Display next year or early 2026. Thanks for Watching!
