Generous version: The smile is her attempt to mask her rage, and/or tears. She’s feeling a massive sense of injustice, I think she wants to see her kids, and felt sorry for herself when she couldn’t do it on Mother’s Day. I think she runs on strong feelings of a self defined moral compass but has no understanding or respect for the court. Less generous version: She’s grinning because she probably went into it with advice from the lawyer to be pleasant and polite to the judge and she thinks if she smiles every time she feels angry it will mask the snarl she’s trying to suppress. I think she also thinks she only has to be respectful to the judge and nobody else. Unfortunately she has a 2 second fuse and zero self discipline with very little experience in actually holding her tongue, probably also a lifetime of feeling nothing is her fault, so as soon as she has to face actual consequences and is out of the view of the judge the mask drops and she goes into full rage mode, which has probably been her response most of her life when things don’t go her way.

These people showing up in front of court and shielding themselves with their children while they're abusing them in one fashion or another. Witnessing trauma can cause PTSD and in childhood often develops into complex PTSD which is beyond gnarly. She's a breeder. You are right.

I love it when the judge asks the address because we know what’s next.

Her behavior is so strange...She cares more about her hair and smiling weirdly. She knows she's on KZbin.

I remember this lady from like a year ago. I'm a mum and I can't understand losing custody of my children. This mum needs to do the right thing. If she wants to see her kids then do what the court says

Definitely NEED a follow up on this one!!! Violation of probation 5 mins into it. That MUST be a record SOMEWHERE. 😂

I love how when she went totally off the rails, Judge Webster slipped up and out of force of habit went "Mr. Patterson, your client.. uh Mr. ANDREWS!"

This woman is so dense I don’t even feel bad for her. She’s freaking out acting like she hast to go that minute when they’re trying to work with her she’s not even smart enough to talk to probation.

Just imagine how much regret she's going to feel during the first week of her prison sentence lmao 12 months doesnt sound like a lot but boy howdy it sure is a lot of alone time for someone to think about their actions.

What we have here is a PROFESSIONAL VICTIM! Sadly, she was probably raised by PROFESSIONAL VICTIMS. I came from a highly dysfunctional family but I CHOSE to be responsible for my life. I refuse to let anyone or anything stop me from living my best life. I have a beautiful family. I worked hard and got myself educated. So I earned a nice home. And nice vehicles. Nothing overly fancy but I love my life. I wish more people chose to push through the dysfunction.

Well she won't have to worry about transportation for the 12 months. Likely it will be more because she's not capable of following the jail rules, and will pick up some extra time.

Could literally see her struggling to hold it together the whole time and then at the last moment totally lost it. She'll have some jail time reflect and defoo needs mental health help. Feel for her children.

The defense attorney is so busy doing paperwork that he couldn't bother to talk his client down off the ledge. He barely looks up from his documents when his client starts freaking out.
