They die in the beginning. I wrote the film. The trailer was part of the marketing strategy. There was a lot more to the film than it leads on in the trailer. Think of the 2009 Friday the 13th reboot and that movie's intro. These kids die. We also had a completely separate ARG series that linked to the characters in the narrative. Its called "the hunt" and the guys name is Jonathan LeCroix.

I saw this fan trailer when i was in the elementary school when i got only 8 or 9 years old and i got nightmares with slenderman and other horror/creepypasta characters. Those were good old times. Being in 2021 get's me nostalgic.

I'm pretty sure they cancelled the movie after what happened with the stabbings. The creator "Victor Surge" probably didn't want a feature because (for obvious reasons from what I can tell) and he didn't wanna risk influencing anymore tragic events caused by the influence of slender man. Which is understandable.

En primero lugar, en Marble Hornets uno de los personajes no quema todas las cintas, algunas se las dio a un compañero y este al ver que había raras apariciones decidió subirlas a KZbin. En segundo lugar, esta película que fue cancelada por lo que veo en la descripción :/, no tiene nada que ver con marble hornets, pero muchas características deben estar basadas en la serie. Y por ultimo, como la serie Marble Hornets ya termino, sus creadores dijeron que desde hace meses están trabajando en una película... Hay que ver que pasa, espero no sea cancelada :/

Nah. There were two little girls that attempted to kill their friend by stabbing her 19 times in the middle of the woods at night. Luckily the little girl did not die, she had been able to drag herself to a near by road where a cyclist had noticed her and called police just in time. And while both the girls who tried to kill her are now facing 60 years in prison, this started a whole slew of similar attempted stabbings. None of course being as famous as that one. But all for the reason that some crazy kids who didn't belong on the Internet, let alone reading creepypasta's, believed in stories that were only stories.
