You won me over, when it came to how ENTJ communicate love. It felt like I am watching myself in the mirror. Those were the same cliches that I use. I didn't know that I was communicating love in those pirticular arguments. Hopless ENTJs and pirticularly ENTJ girls and women. Only God can save us.

I hate being an ENTJ from every 100 people i meet i would meet an ENTJ who would make me feel normal while the rest see me as a freak. I got used to shutting my mouth up so i don't ruin my friendships, but then people would say this guy probably doesn't like us he always listens and never speaks.

As an ENTJ this video helped me so much. It helped put all the things I can feel in my gut into actionable steps for growth. I really like the idea of developing my inner world by going inside my own mind. It's so nice to have videos like this to go beyond the couple of pages of MBTI descriptions.

I am amazed how neutral this video is. I am an INFJ with a very close ENTJ. It helped me understand when at some point and I have to say - luckily we are both goal oriented and willing to grow. If both are healthy INFJ and ENTJ - ENTJ is such a powerful force to ignite the INFJ's sleeping blood since we're too defensive and hyper thinkers. While healthy INFJ can help ENTJ see their blind spots too. -- so seeing this video now is I'd say - amazing work.

Awesome. Having this personality, I think this is a very accurate conception of a typical ENTJ. A unique detail in the video was how introverted intuition helps cover the ENTJ's blind spot of introverted feeling. I have noticed that I often reflect on situations to infer people's emotions rather than understand them directly. Quick note: Around 1:20 the print reads "ENFJ" instead of "ENTJ".

I can attest to having the same weakness of impatience that's been attributed often to ENTJs with underdeveloped Ni. I've spent the last few years of my life in this primary-tertiary loop and I came really close multiple times to blowing crucial opportunities to advance my career and my undergraduate education. It sometimes amazes me how taxing and relieving it is to force myself to always slow down on a daily basis even for the small decisions I take. I've relied too much on tertiary Se to pick up new and exciting projects just to satisfy this illusion of being busy and productive, sometimes to the point that I abandon projects that would've helped me in the long run. Thanks for the video! You guys have given me something to work on.

I’m making myself extremely busy with work and study! I’m already burning out! I really want to understand people’s responses to my behaviors. It’s killing me because I can’t predict people’s reactions correctly many times! There’s no set rule and I have a hard time predicting illogical hurtful reactions of others. I feel like I’m surrounded by people who stab me in the back! 😢 I even let my 10 year old and probably even the 3 year old function hijack me and it’s caused me a BIG BIG mess I need to clean up! 😭 I’m hating emotions. I never want to feel them again now!

How I let my 10 year old of sensations hijacked my happiness is by being impulsive at times, for example, over indulging in food/ alcohol or making decisions that make me feel good in the moment, when I know its not in my best intrest to do so (and usually these actions are against my intuition which are more often than not spot on). I also find myself ignoring my intuition because I have a need for things to make sense and be rational. This process hijacks my happiness because it causes me to feel guilty, irrational and just flat out stupid at times lol.

WOW so true. Effectiveness is a top priority. I find ineffective time wasted. I allowed my 10 year old to take over and got addicted to over indulgence and sensory pleasures. I avoided the emotional dragons for a long period. In previous relationships I often come off as cold hearted, distant or emotionally detached. Recently, I found a INTP. We seem to mirror one another.

I try to not get bogged into these things but I think one of my biggest flaws is I have some of the most AGGRESSIVE negative self talk when things aren't "clicking" its a problem, perspective really and truly is the antidote. Think big pic, think direction, talk to people who take a softer/slower view. Meditation is key. Subliminals also help.

I think its very effective and smart tool to use when hiring employees or for self reflection to analyze your behaviors & change your short comings. Building a stronger character for yourself it takes training, humility all ego aside to get amazing results out of this for you're future amazing self.

Any ideas when we could expect more mind wiring for growth videos? As an ENTP, I've been viewing each of these as they come out and noticed that each 'N' personality type has been posted with the exception of the ENTP. I don't mean to rush, but when these were being posted they were put up pretty reliably every Friday. I understand that life can come out of nowhere and derail a project, but I was just wondering if 'mind wiring for growth' was going to be picked back up and completed for each type? Considering the flow of videos halted around the holiday season, I assumed it was related to that and that perhaps after New Years we could expect things to resume. But it's nearly March now and I'm just hoping now that there is intention to complete these or if there will only be 7.I really dislike having to post this...but you know how us ENTPs can be relentless on searching for knowledge as well as personal growth, and I really enjoyed diving into these.

As a hopefully successful attempt to redact my above comment made in haste - I wanted to say I have been listening to your podcasts, reading other articles, and swimming much deeper into the pool now. That being said, I've been working on growth for some time now, and the above - although it was an attempt to be 'radically honest', I realize how as time goes on my understanding of what radically honest truly means refines and gets more clear. So, I believe I posted the above in frustration and haste, and wanted to redact it as much as I could without deleting it - which I think that post still should 'live', at the very least as a reminder to myself to be better. I've been listening to a lot more of your podcasts, articles, and other resources and I must say I have not been left wanting for any information in the least since doing so!!! I am seeking now to share your information with someone close to me in a way I believe they will be receptive. She is an INFP and at times I feel she can be too reluctant to listen to things outside of her.

+Romulus Cirone - My apologies it's taken so long to roll out the ENTP Mind Wiring video. At the beginning of the year we experienced major tech issues with our audio equipment. It was old and starting to fail us. We even went three weeks between recording podcasts, which we've NEVER done in the two years since we started podcasting. (More accurately, we were recording podcasts only to realize they were unlistenable from the decreased quality.) We've updated all of our equipment (new mics, soundboard, etc) and then there was the backlog of work that needed catching up. We've got this video at the top of the to-do list, though, so keep your eyes peeled in the next week or so. Thanks for the interest, and for nudging us! Glad the content has been useful for you :) -A-

What does ENTJ-"A" mean? I don't get the -A?
@grantgambrall4882
@grantgambrall4882 7 жыл бұрын
"-A" stands for "Assertive" and the other possibility is "-T" ("Turbulent"). From 16personalities.com: Assertive (-A) individuals are self-assured, even-tempered and resistant to stress. They refuse to worry too much and do not push themselves too hard when it comes to achieving goals. Turbulent (-T) individuals are self-conscious and sensitive to stress. They are likely to experience a wide range of emotions and to be success-driven, perfectionistic and eager to improve.

Yeah. It drives us crazy too. It's so annoying that we would have to delete and re-upload the video -- causing us to lose all the comments, likes, and views - simply to fix a typo. Please help us ask KZbin to allow users to update videos without losing their view counts.

Shallow is in the eye of the beholder. You probably cannot look beyond the surface. That's okay just don't shift blame for that.
