I own this car and I love it a lot. However, the PAWS system is severely flawed. These 2014-2017 have major issues with the rear suspension. Luckily I still had an active warranty. The rear actuators had to be replaced with the lower control arms. The repair invoice cost was close to $6000 but I only paid $250 for the deductible. The problem was that the rear suspension was making so much noise when you make turns at low speed. Especially if you going into a drive-thru at Starbucks, you can hear the rubbing, moaning sound when you turn the steering wheel and when you park. That’s when the mechanic discovered the flawed PAWS system and Acura said this a well know problem and very very costly repair. Each actuator itself is $2000 just for the part and there is no aftermarket since RLX has very low production sales. I don’t have an active warranty anymore so the next major issue will come out of my pockets sadly.

Again, Kirk, the spring loaded mechanism on the cup holders are not so much designed for a small cup as they are designed to snug up to whatever cup they are holding to minimize rattling...

OMG, Kirk! The lights are blue to let you know it is a cooling function...the button to the right is to heat the seats and will light up red.

Lol in all the way Good job on the video you will sell a lot of cars Honda is technology focused A condensed version of a Lexus without the build quality in the body I think to save a bit of weight they don’t have the resources of Toyota or the focus on perfection it’s a smaller effort but well executed yes a bit cheaper than Lexus they have a different philosophy I think I just heard you say 6 speed manual that’s good to know you can drive a clutch I’m enjoying these videos keep up the good work too bad Honda doesn’t make a straight 6 like bmw and Toyota did because they are the most inherently balanced engines I think it’s mainly for Japan where smaller is key Honda is just different they have motorcycles industrial engines I mean they cover so much area I think Acura is Precision focused they will last though I have to say I would pick this after Lexus but I have read conflicting information on these that while precise they do have suspension issues and a couple of disappointing aspects but I think it would be second choice but for some reason they have trouble selling them idk why it’s just that it is maybe in a difficult target market and image matters and in Japan they understand the niche better like you said top of the line Honda. It’s nice, but I can’t stand the two-screen infotainment system. In my option, it reminds me of my friends high-end accord.

Does it not compete with the GS? Don't know much of Acura since we don't get it here As I said before Acura and Infinit beat Lexus in sporty feel in their general cars but gets trumped by Lexus interior

Ahmed Moosaji this car is bigger than GS. The GS is sportier with standard rwd. The hybrid vesion of this would slot between GS and LS. The hybrid is almost as quick to 60 as the LS 500.

LEXUriouS Kirk oh ok Then k totally agree with you Interior is definitely lacking compare to the ls Engine also is fine they could have turbo charged it and fwd is definitely a no for this class

No V8 from Honda. What they have given us out of their norm, is a powerful rear wheel drive V6.
