For the freelance heists, the codes are the names of the 3 main characters (aside from you); Jade, Dmitry, and Harvey

The Gala. Its the same situation as Killhouse, a training area. The Nightmare Assault reveals various questions about the history. The lines should be from the freelancer, that gone in the nightmare dimension, with no escape and no one to trust, only Rose. Should the Nightmare Dimension have a connection with Freelancer heists? If anyone want to know more, Unofficial did a entire video for the mystery of Killhouse, and they even have a discord to discuss theorys. Check his channel. And no, i'm not a advertisement bot.

ALLOW ME TO EXPLAIN EVERYONE! Please read this comment to it's very end. So, the codes reveal mission reports about people going MIA or being KIA and certain information on Halcyon/Phoenix operatives. Like for example, it says Rose went MIA after the Black Dawn Mission in Dawn Valley. They said she was airlifted to Alaska/Wargate/The Blacksite/ where she was healed and detained up until the Freelancer/Player rescued her. And how The Scientist (Rivera) went MIA after a Phoenix Strike team was sent to the Safehouse somewhere in London where Rivera went MIA and Falcon was KIA. It also includes Why EXACTLY Rose was executed and it contains her past. Sorry for not warning you about the spoilers ahead!

No, it actually has something to do with the "Trust" code. It has a lot of hidden text and I think the text on the Gala's walls are hints that you should be using to complete the message.

The gala is just the killhouse, and the gala codes are based on it too, why, all after freelancer and rose died they got teleported there, I believe rose says aurevoir when you’re about to complete the killhouse, but you Will meet again but with no memory of What happend, and then you do the killhouse all over again when you complete it so what im trying to say here is its a loop.

below exp bar, click and type a code. some codes only work when doing a certain action, like the blacksite's hard drive and the killhouse' nightmare mode. once the code is typed, a bit of lore will appear. very interesting, it reveals that The Director for example had the other members of the former board of directors killed. It also reveals the identities of many characters, such as Mason "The Director" Wolfe and Jack "Jackdaw" Miles

They are very well hidden, and should be found while doing missions solo. Usually a decipher, sometimes using dialogue. Binary, Hexadecimals, etc. should be used. Some of them also require the use of equipment that can interact with the game.

At the bottom of the screen in the main menu, theres a little bar that you can type into (like right below your character level). You can enter the codes into the bar for some extra insight into ep's story. No gameplay benefits, just cool little snippets of information. Btw, some codes require you to do it specifically (such as the killhouse's requiring you to complete the nightmare assault before you can use it).
