A valid alternative for the elite disguise would be this: Wait for the guard who was supposed to carry you through and wait them to finish their job, that will trigger an Elite Operative coming from the steel door, you can knock out them once they come. It's an alternative that takes less time but risky at the same time, as if someone comes there, you're pretty much screwed.

I've tried out this method, and yes, it's faster but riskier. There is a way to lure them which is safer, but overall the method is just inconsistent and unreliable, which is why it wasn't included in the video.

But tbh it is just pure luck.if nobody see the door you open you good . problem is even you is camera it have like 4-5sec delay to open the door and close it.i mean you cam do the disable camera.way.but it will make you can only kill 1 guard outside and guard for keycard .but that means less fail and way less time

Pretty helpful vid, I'm definitely going to use these tricks next time I play. there are some things I want to point out, however, that might make this mission slightly easier: 1. After you take out the base security guy at the start, you don't actually have to go to that spot with the chest. If you stand close to the shooting range where the shotgun spawns and jump and press G, then the body bag will fall behind the shooting range counter, and NPCs can't see it, saving a good 20 seconds. 2. Before going in the Elite only room in Operations, you can get a suppressed F57 in the same room where u got the UP9 from. You can take one of those and gun down all the operatives a lot faster than just using the pistol. It's faster, has more ammo and is safer.

Unof, I have noticed that if you wait until the npc is done with talking, you actually do get to see the mission coordinator, an elite operative. Is it maybe a good idea to let them talk and lure the lite ops to that room to get an elite disguise?

You won't ever be considered trespassing but you will be detected faster because there's less elites but they have massive authority and can go anywhere

The way I do my runs on black dusk actually allows me to finish faster than the time achieved in this video. I take a disguise, grab all of the bombs go to the programmers, keep knocking them until I get the card, then I plant bombs. Then I go to tech workshop and keep interrogating tech until I get the card and vault code. Then I quickly plant the other 4 bombs and finish in almost 8 minutes

I find other way to get the elite disguise -let the security base finish the sentence, after he finishes it knock or kill him and hide the body and take the disguise of course -later you will find it staying on the door that was closed before and when no one is close knock/kill the elite operative and go find a safe place to disguise

Idk if unof is gonna pin this or if the vid is updated (pls lmk if it is). But for new viewers, Please do not take the elite operative disguise because it will increase the detection speed than the base security. For non hacker class use the elite operative disguise to lure the workshop tech to get a keycard. but after that i recommend using the base security disguise again for the sake of the detection speed. Hope it helps!

Have lots of out of sight perks so they detect you slower. That way if they see you drilling you have time to stop drilling and you won’t get fully detected. Also this might be your RNG as I’ve done this method countless times in rookie and it works
