I'm from Enugu and i live there. Okpa is made up of bambara groundnut flour, salt, pepper oil all mixed in hot water. Very delicious. Welcome to Enugu and i hope you enjoy your stay🙏

Enugu state is named after Enugu city, Enugu is the capital city of Enugu state , Lagos is also a state, the capital of Lagos is Ikeja
