@@ChineduOgbu-x5y In those days Ibo politicians were focused on Iboland. Today, their hearts and minds are in Abuja and Lagos where they build their mansions and businesses, then come to Iboland and build rickety nonsense. Just look at Anambra governor and his so-called roads. Are you surprised when his daughter's wedding was held in Abuja? He would not even invite his high and mighty friends to Anambra to showcase his wonderous achievements. Until Lagos and Abuja are closed to Ibos by the local owners of those places, Ibos will not focus on their own territory.

8-12 months? Come and invest? UK "consultants"? (consultancy fees). Hope it's not the same old financial mismanagement story?... Stop talking and BUILD.
@DogonTurenchi-c6yАй бұрын
Gov Mbah is sounding a bit like Orji Uzor Kalu here. One hopes not because Gov Mbah has earned the trust of the people and should not betray them. Recall years ago when Mr Kalu as governor proclaimed that Obuaku City in Abia State would be better than Lagos and Abuja. We all rejoiced and touted rendering of high rise buildings as the future city. Mr Kalu even went ahead and brought heavy construction equipment which appeared busy behind the tall elephant grass along Enugu Port Harcourt Express road near Obigbo, giving the impression that the city was indeed being built. This continued throughout Mr Kalu's 8-year tenure aas governor. As soon as he left office, those construction equipment were mysteriously withdrawn, nothing was ever built and the area reverted to virgin forest. It was all a hoax and Mr Kalu had taken the people for a ride. Up till today, nobody including "senator" Kalu himself, has given an account of what happened in that place.

You are a trader, which is simply different from being a businessman. While the majority of the Igbos simply buys and sells, it is so different to a business that manufactures goods and creates employment in the community. Governor MBA, manufacturing would help Enugu more rather than dotting your city with shops that employ no one but create confusion in the state.
@SamuelIkpakaluАй бұрын
Sir please, trading is also a way of doing business. Is undeniable that production is the only way to a prosperious economy,but we need a puplic/private partnership for production and distribution (trading) of goods and services. So trading is also very important to facilitate the distribution of produced goods and services....

Praise singer what is exciting you others are not seeing ? Already you have voted Peter mbah the best governor while the urban areas are dilapidated, no so called 180 days water despite huge amount budgeted for that, fulani terrorist terrorising Amufu community and other rural areas unchallenged. Infact you are clueless and champion of propaganda.
