22:56 sir you said said that nitrification take place on Ammonium ion, what i read on the textbooks, there is Ammonia! And you mentioned ammonification before nitrification, which i don't think is correct. First nitrogen fixation, then nitrification and then ammonification takes place. As "ammonification is the formation of ammonia from the excreta or dead remains of organisms after decomposition". After ammonification, denitrification takes place. So what am i missing here?

@@Tabish_edits bruh, these are condensed notes, you have to atleast elaborate the terms as per type of question you are being asked in exams! These notes are great but you can't write them as it is! You need to make them in complete sentence form.
