Thank you very much for uploading your lectures online. I had to do some research on Qld's environmental laws for my Cert IV (just a brief unit about environmental issues in fashion design, so a completely unrelated field to the students you're teaching here), and this talk helped _a lot_ in understanding this particular, somewhat confusing, act.
