ENVO Rear Hub Motor Replacement

nice video I have a yose 350w rear hub kit for my 27.5 inch wheel. the motor is making a funny noise. I have a replacement motor to go in and seems pretty straightforward to fit. maybe use some silicone sealer under the cover plate?
