I was a brand newly minted female U.S. Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton when I heard this song. Now, over three decades later I have the honor and privilege to share this with my grand baby. Alright Millenials? We’re are ya’ll at? We’re over due.🙊🙉🙈 YEAH! Nana said it? We come from too long a line of “GREAT’S”! LET’S REPRESENT THE ONE OF THE TRUEST AND BY FAR ON A WORLD STAGE MOST BLESSED CULTURES ON EARTH! No One Does MUSIC NO ONE! Like the Black American diaspora IS, HAD, HAS, and will continue to do. In the word’s of my late big brother, “ Mr. Prince Roger’s Nelson”; We Must Save The 🎶.💕💕💕💕👑🗽🕶😇🛝🎱

They may have been acting but they were acting like real men. You got some guys who are entranced, the schemer who is up to no good, the sing-along brother, and the brother who has identified his future wife. We’re not all the same but feminine women can bring out the same nature, it just looks different.

The production on this song is superior! Dawn’s leads and the BGV’s are incredible. My god! I wanna thank who ever decided to upload their videos in 4K. Their Funky Diva’s era is unmatched in girl group history.

If groups like this ever come back. I'm supporting them by going to the concert, buying the CDs; whatever it takes to make sure they stick around.
