Welcome to the official KZbin channel of chart-topping female R&B vocal group, En Vogue. This is the home of 90s hits “Hold On,” “My Lovin’ (You’re Never Gonna Get It),” “Giving Him Something He Can Feel,” “Free Your Mind,” and “Don’t Let Go (Love)” among successful albums ‘Born To Sing,’ ‘Funky Divas,’ and ‘EV3,’ and numerous awards and nominations.
En Vogue was formed by producers Denzil Foster and Thomas McElroy under the vision of a modern R&B girl group with strong vocals, intelligence, and show-stopping glamour. Dawn Robinson, Cindy Herron, Maxine Jones, and Terry Ellis made the cut out of 3,000 women who auditioned. The group was an immediate hit upon their first single in 1990 and set the standard for female vocal groups. Through the evolution of the lineup to the current members of Herron-Braggs, Ellis, and Rhona Bennett, En Vogue continues to tour, release new music, and dazzle and inspire fans everywhere. I remember when this single dropped! It was like the rebirth of the Supremes or Ronnettes. And those 1990s huge, wide wood shavings curls and sequined slip dresses! This video was a total smoke show but the production on this beat was off the hook -- there's that James Brown guitar sample, the flute, that clav keyboard floating around in the background, the orchestra hits, the crescendos and scales -- it all worked so, so well together. This is THE definitive girl group track from the New Jack Swing era. Foster & McElroy, the producers, absolutrely crushed it on this one. Virtuosity.

The Best Girl Group of the 90s in my opinion. The harmony, the classiness, good looks, and the way their voices are all unique and compliment each other. They were sexy without being too overt, confident, smart, strong and vulnerable all in one. A sisterhood. They were our 90s Supremes & my favorite girl group of all-time next to the Supremes. @ Kim Kelly Ahhh you must be proud of the Music they made back then. I grew up to Diana Ross's Chain Reaction... couldn't we change Places for a few Days??? I must have been so Great being a Young Thing when Morrison, Joplin and Hendrix had their Time! Btw En-Vogue maybe wouldn't exist, if the Supremes didn't exist before, we don't know...

Love me some En Vogue! They were such a hot girl group in the early to mid late 90s, until Dawn left, and things were never the same after. I remember watching the MTV music video awards back then and they won Best Choreography for this vid, which showed they got the dance moves in addition to their fashionable looks and exceptional vocal talent. Miss the original 4 together.
