I’ve ordered three of these now, hoping that each one would be wearable. Nope, even after playing with it,, it,In, no, way looks, like yours. ITS A MESS! This isn’t a face shape problem, this is a wig form issue. They must send you one they’ve worked with., for marketing. Very upset !

I can assure you that I order my pieces just like you do. The manufacturer does not WORK WITH the piece before they send it to me. Curly wigs can be especially daunting with a high rate of variability between units. These are mass produced wigs and we should set the expectation that yours will not look like mine.. and mine will not look exactly like the next one. XOXO
