Thank you for your exuberance.... especially touched by your favorite.... More than 20 years ago my first grandson was born in California with a whole in his heart... I was in Texas.... and broken hearted for my daughter... couldn’t get there quickly enough... and had to figure out for the first time how to manage wig wearing while spending hours at the hospital with relatives who were new to me. As women we figure it out. Love to you and your family.

Thank you for sharing and your loving support! The earth seems to stand still at certain times in life.. you're right.. somehow we get through. ..it was a great comfort that I didn't have to worry about my hair/wig as I navigated the medical appointments, stays and visitors. XOXOXO

Hi, I'm Vickie. I happened to come across your sight today and was very glad I clicked on it because I found this beautiful person with such a glow and a halo of confidence. You are beautiful, down to earth and you just radiate being a woman with class. I turned 64 this year and I agree that self confidence is the key to everything. Taking care of yourself and wanting to be the best you can be each and every day is so important to your better well being. I started wearing wigs because I didn't want to take that extra 2 hours a day messing with my hair. Not having children, work was my life and having a great hair day meant a lot of pampering each day. I wear every color and style that makes me feel good about my self. Thank you for sharing and taking the time out of your busy day to make women feel good about them selves. I subscribed and will look forward to seeing and hearing you again. I wish you and your son well and thank you for the breath of fresh air.

Thanks for all the wonderful reviews. And for sharing how important wigs are in supporting us through troubled times. I started wearing wigs after my husband died and I began to care again about myself. Your videos were so helpful, especially since I have a petite head and hate to be restricted to the petite section. Wig buying is an expensive game of blind man's bluff. And you and the other reviewers are helping us cheat.

Hey Taz ❤elanie Here, I was literally reduced to tears as you shared all you heart felt fears, wear and tear to your spirit, mental and physical struggles of you and your sons journey to his recovery. Thank God, he made it and is doing well and thank God for him sweet Taz that he is so blessed to have your unwavering strength, support and most of all proactive Love. I'm so happy 4u both. I lost my youngest son 10 years ago come may 2020, Jordan. Jordan was 6 wks short of turning 17 and was the passenger in a car accident on Graduation night...NO,No, Taz no tears please..there have been enough, and for what its worth I can attest that death has nothing on Love. By all counts love defies time and space. In my sons passing , he left me many gifts, and only one tangible,a journal he kept from age 9-16 yes he had the same passion for expressing himself through journaling as I do...but it's the lessons learned, the ordeal of having gone through the fire to come out on the other side as refined gold, stronger,and only as of this year shinier!! Yup shinier, back where he would want me to be , In my happy, place. He wrote in his journal that I was sweet, like chocolate, that I was free ,like a bird to do anything I want, he also said I was the strongest person he ever knew because our family needs me to be. My point is that almost 4 years after his passing and my going through all the phases of grief, I had to return and be all he wrote again, it's how I could honor him, his memory of me. Seeing you Honor your son, through such uncertainty, through what was a living hell, and seeing you do what you do for all of us who follow you.. I am in Awe, as in all the working heros we are seeing help us through Covid19 Thank you for being the world I want to live in, thank you, for being a lite in some very sad dark times. I'm sorry this post went off into where it has , but I found it necessary to share. I loved this video, and have but 3 if ur favorite pics, I may be a year behind b4 I have a few more of these as they were ALL right up my ally..thank you sweet Taz, stay safe and God bless you and yours always ❤elanie

I can tell that you went through a profound spiritual awakening as well in the way that you can honor the memories and energy that your dear son is still giving you every moment of every day. THANK you for the gift of your words and GOD BLESS us all for living a life on this earth is not an easy undertaking and there are many lessons to be learned. Blessings and Love, TAZ

First, I have to say how sorry I am to hear about your son's accident, and so happy to hear that he's recovering well... Prayers for his complete recovery. Second, I love your videos, Taz! They are always extremely informative. I recently bought the Ellen Wille "Turn" wig online--love the style--but was SO disappointed in the quality (maybe I happened to receive a "reject"!?). I ordered a petite and the cap was like an extra-large and seemed even stretched at that!! I'm going to return it and, hopefully, I can exchange it for your favorite #1 one of the year (Estetica "Winter") which is a similar style to "Turn." 🤞 Keep up with your awesome work in helping us, thinning-hair women. 💖

@@TAZSWIGCLOSET Hi Taz... Thank you so much for responding to my comments. I ordered the EW "Turn" wig from Wigs.com and the paperwork that came with the wig delivery was titled Beauty & Hair, Kansas City, MO. I was definitely scammed on my first-time online wig order 2 1/2 years ago from a place called WigSis.com... What a nightmare that was!! Many emails back and forth and then finding out their address to return the wig was not a valid address!! Turns out they operated out of China somewhere and, of course, their website was bogus. I was out about $260!!! It remains to be seen what will happen when I return this new EW wig to Wigs.com (the wig cost $265). Fingers crossed!! I'll follow up to let you know. :) Thanks again, Taz, for your concern. 💖

Taz, Do you notice the 24BT18 has the same lightness and amount of highlighting and same tone as the 24BT18S8 and is it as natural looking as the rooted one? The rooted one seems to blend the medium brown roots through the wig. I thought I'd try the 24BT18 without the root and hoping it looks as natural and a bit cooler without the medium brown root which has a slight warm tone to it. Your thoughts? I've seen you in both colors (and you look great in every wig whatever the color may be and do an awesome job on your videos) but can't see closeup enough to distinguish and it may vary from computer to computer screen.
@TAZSWIGCLOSET4 жыл бұрын
In my experience, when you see the rooted version of a particular color, example the Jon Renau 24BT18 Eclair and the rooted version 24BT18S8 Shaded Mocha, it changes the dynamic of the color.. I find this true in nearly all cases. The Shaded Mocha is a deeper brown, richer, with the rooting. XOXO

Thank you & your son for his service! I’m so glad he is doing better! My oldest is in the Coast Guard and about 3 years ago he developed a blood clot in his subclavian artery. Long story short he had to have an 11 hour long surgery & spend a week in the hospital. Not near what your son has gone through it sounds like but I do have an understanding of sleeping in that hospital room! I was wondering if you could tell me what you feel the biggest difference is between Caliente & Kendall? I have Avalon by Estetica but it is a little heavy looking on my face I think. I would like something more relaxed & not so much hair but I like the waves/curls. I guess I have a heart shaped face. Thank you in advance! Great video as always!!

Hi Taz. I’m a big fan! The video is so great and so touching at the end. I would like to have an advice if possible. I love Flirt Alert by RW but HD fibers are driving me crazy. I'm thinking of Modern Motiff or High Impact by Gabor to replace that. Which one do you think is a good match? Thank you
@TAZSWIGCLOSET4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Modern Motif has a much shorter fringe area (5") than Flirt Alert, so if you like the longer front, I suggest the High Impact which as a 7" front fringe. www.wigstudio1.com/products/high-impact-synthetic-lace-front-wig-by-gabor?_pos=2&_sid=c2782ae5f&_ss=r

Taz, I saw you in the Parker in a different video with 22F16S8 on and I'm wondering if the root appears warmer in that color choice because the color overall is lighter so the root may appear warmer. Ca you clarify this for me please. I typically wear 24BT18S8 which is more golden so you don't notice the warmer root area as much because it kind of blends in and not as much contrast.
@TAZSWIGCLOSET4 жыл бұрын
It is possible that the warmer, lighter root color on 22F16S8 is how its applied specifically to Parker.. I have it on Mila and the root is ashier in tone.. so either the rooting is like this on ALL Parkers or just the piece I have.. not sure there is any way to know for sure:-) XOXO

I like thicker fibers like Noriko. The finer the fiber, the more I get flyaways and the hair goes everywhere. It gets in my eyes, in my nose etc. I'm eating the hair all day long.! No, I prefer thicker stronger, denser wig fibers. They are heavier and stay put. ! Easier to deal with.

Taz on Editor's Pick Elite... I recently sent back RW Muse which is also hand tied because it was so small compared to all my other RW wigs. It felt like petite size. The vendor I purchased from said hand tied wigs are less stretchy and can feel smaller. My heads average/large but no problem with my other RW wigs and I probably have 10 or more. What's your opinion on E. P. Elite as far as sizing? I've been wanting E.P. for a long time but will buy the original model if the elite model runs small or less stretchy. Thx for and advise. XO
@TAZSWIGCLOSET4 жыл бұрын
Hi Vicky! I agree that handtied is less stretchy. I feel like this one runs very true to average and may not accommodate a avg/large head.. so hard for me to say because I have a petite head..lol. I find many RW machine made caps are nearly too large for me, so this Elite fits me well. I recommend the original model:-) Have a great week! XOXO

Thankful for all you share, Taz! I ran across a wig picture of you on the website at Wig Studio 1, you had on “Devin by Estetica” I love this style, but I can’t find a review anywhere of Devin on you or anyone else. Is there a reason for that? Hope your son is doing well! 😊

Hello! I only endorse WigStudio1.com. If you expand the description box below you will find links to the products and promo codes. The manufacturers set the minimum pricing, not the retailers.. so be careful of wig scams.. if the price sounds too good to be true, please beware. XOXO

Hi Taz love your reviews and you praise raquel welch wigs, my question is i find the " lace front" is so really itchy , can you recommend any thing apart from skull cap? the wig is R W urban style idaho any suggestions i was thinking of purchasing flirt alert bit the itchy lace is really irritating me, i am totally bald too
@TAZSWIGCLOSET4 жыл бұрын
You might trying an adhesive such as IT STAYS to glue down the lace front and create a barrier between LF and skin:-)

Hi Taz, I was looking at the Fortune wig by Ellen Willie and trying yo figure of the colors Sandy and Champagne Blonde which is actually lighter. I have natural blonde hair that currently is short and was looking at this wig on Wig Studio 1. Please help me decide and thank you so much for all the work and great styles you add.

Usually, the Champ Rooted is lighter.. however, I have seen Ellen Wille Champagne Rooted be very light and bright and very gold depending on the style.. XOXO

Taz I just wanted to know...can you sleep in a wig? I'm very self conscious about having to take it off when i sleep.at someone's home?
@TAZSWIGCLOSET4 жыл бұрын
Hello! I have never slept in a wig.. I imagine you could.. you would need to be sure it is secure or it may come off during the night. It may get tangled depending on the pillowcase you use and how much you move around at night:-) A better option may be a soft head turban such as Jon Renau Softie at wigstudio1.com www.wigstudio1.com/products/the-elegant-softie-print-by-jon-renau?_pos=1&_sid=5cff2561d&_ss=r

Hello! What is your shade of preference? I can help you find a youtube reviewer that does mainly that shade. Blonde is my color.. I wear blonde, so if I am buying wigs, I am going to buy blonde so I know I will wear them:-) When wigs are provided to me for review, I do not have a choice of color. XOXO
