i u heard khalifa right , he is trying to advise the govt to see this industry as a form of employment to many people regardless of age given the points he has hitted on. This means if govt invests in this industry at the end of the tunnel it will be finding revenue that can be used to finance other sectors of the economy. what khalifa is saying is how the right way how the govt shd involve in this sector the same way it has involved itself in other sectors.
