Dear Anoma... your recipes and demonstrations are very clear .. and have tried several dishes.. I have a gluten allergy and now can't eat wheat flour... i got different breads from overseas.. they are good.. but when I tried bread with rice flour.. maize quinoa etc.. it's hard and not soft or tasty.. can you please try out some bread with rice or corn flour etc.. because you are very experienced I request your help..
