Another helpful hint is this, I am a warlock who uses the slow ring, you drop your seeds on the obfuscator which will still hit the other adds in the group with it. He isn't slowed but all the other adds WILL be slowed so your dps can then be able to target them in a few seconds and wipe them out while handling the obfuscator. At the end of the fight you kill off the tops main add and leave the tank and one interrupt dps up top and one with mid/lower tank to do the same on the other add. ALL RDPS need to go to the top for bats and all melee go to bottom/mid to handle those adds. before the 5th final doom is cast all you gotta do is kill off the bats which is pretty easy to do for the RDPS and you will win every time. This fight is all about who needs to be where at what time. WIth end of the fight always the same. Hope this helps with anyone struggling on the last 8% of boss energy needed.

A huge mechanic of this fight that every guide seems to miss is overcapping Eonar's energy. You can effectively lose credit for killing adds if you kill them while Eonar is already at 100 energy. This will most likely occur when you are AoEing a bunch of adds down while Eonar is almost at 100 energy. You can cost yourself so much energy this way that it will be impossible to beat the 5th final doom cast. To avoid this dps needs to keep their eye on her energy bar and when she reaches 100 stop dps on any low add. Eonar will kill anything with low hp anyway except if you kill it she will not get energy for it.

Pardon me Fatboss guys, but my guild is having an issue where we are not getting enough energy at the end of the fight for Eonar to get off her 4th cast. Any tips on this? Should we focus one add type more than another, or is it possible we are letting Eonar's casts kill too many adds and losing energy to that? Thanks!

Hi dude, my guild had this problem the other night on progress. On that final wave, there are two destructors, one on mid and one on top. You need one group to go to each nuke the shit out of them (this is where you lust). After that, slow down what adds you can (warlock perma slows are great here) and everyone needs to go to bottom, to kill the obfuscator that is there. Once he dies that should be enough to make her cast. If it isn't, you all need to go to eonar and just mark one large add for everyone to focus, you should be in the high 90s on her energy at least if you didnt have enough before, and this should push her over. You can and will lose energy by overcapping Eonar, not by letting her cast kill them but by killing them yourself when she is already at 100 energy. You SHOULD let her cast kill any adds that are low by laying off of them when she is about to cap as any add that she actually kills will give her energy.

Super old comment, but I'm curious with various parts throughout the fight. The first Eonar energy cap, we sit at 99% and generally skip the mid fel lords and just kill the mid purifier for that last %. Do you guys do a similar thing? Also on the second Energy Cap we try and delay killing stuff to let the second set of bats spawn to get overall bigger Eonar efficiency. Cheers

My guild has found the Eonar Teleprompter weakaura ( wago.io/rkyLUGtbM ) very helpful in our progression on this boss. It tells you in plain text what's going on right now, what's coming, and what group needs to go where.

Even after the level cap increase, beating Mythic Eonar is difficult and is almost impossible to do with pugs.

You can use a crystal twice on this fight btw. You just have to move your camera around to find the right angle to click it from. If you send up the same 4 people every time then the only crystal that becomes a problem is green as you get hit 1 time for each time you've clicked the crystal. I.E. if you have done 3 portals and clicked the green crystal every time then the paraxis will hit you 3 times with the targeted damage. My guild sends the same 4 people up every time and just have 1 extra player sub in for the last green crystal.

Fábio Campelo your reasoning being? Considering this is exactly what I’ve done in the past farm raids, I’d re-consider your comment. After you have killed the inquisitor in the ship and selected your crystal and jumped down you have no further responsibility in the fight other than killing the trash.
