the problem is the HR teams are idiotic as fuck and hire useless people instead of the talented for some reason they only read the first 5 cuz they are lazy as fuck and thats not if they filtered you out because you are a man or latino or "too young" or because you dont have 30 years of experience in the exact super specialiced position they want, or 50 years using the software they use for internal chat or dumb shit like that
