Hi Dave, hope the family situation has improved. I have a US12S6+ unit and the radio reception is poor. On my wiring, I don't have an radio amplifier with wires going to and fro. What suggestions do you recommend for improving radio signal on a UA Eonon model? Cheers.

Antenna needs to plug into the booster or antenna. The amp is for a separate amp is just a switch on for an amp.

I have the vwa12 and fm radio was the same will check the wires next im in in the car, i have the dab-z working but when charging my phone the signal for it drops out im guessing bad earth or something like that any idea's?

How are you charging your phone, cig port? Is your dab aerial grounded to the car body? Some cheap 12v phone chargers that plug into the 12v port can cause bad FM and DAB signal

Hey ive seen vids where they have connected the red & white aux in L & R cables from the head unit inputs to the harness aux in red & white L & R cables , is this supposed to be done ? Or does the red & white aux in cables on the harness go to the rca RR & RL red & white cables? I dont wana connect mine in case something bad happens

Mine are not connected....they are connections for aftermarket sub and amps

Just bought a vwa12 , been trying to install Dab-z via play store and apk but I cant get past "please select documents/dab in the next dialog" , when I go to the next page there is no documents dab file !!! if I try and create one it just returns me to the same message .... any ideas ? also how do i update the firmware for this unit as I don't see any links on the Eonon site ?

Tap cancel when it say "please select" Only the VWA12S and 6G have the android 13 update, not available on the budget VWA12

@@whatsdavedone104 Thanks for replying .....Yeah I did that but when you restart Dabz it brings you back to the same message over and over again , sorry its not the android version update im on about I just want to make sure my unit has the latest software from eonon for my version if you know what I mean.

@@whatsdavedone104 Finally got it working and tested out the unit properly....what a piece of junk , slow , glitchy , dab receiver is very poor...this thing is going back and my old one is going back in, what a waste of a day.
