@@callahclan7456 molybdenum is only going to help convert the HS to Sulfate it is it going to get rid of any opp bugs that are already settled there. My guess is it takes time for the Small GI to push it back down via gut motility, just a guess. Maybe a combo of mild antibiotics or herbal could help.

@@rickyaclickpowr2187 Antibiotics destroy good gut bacteria. That's why I have dysbiosis after surgeries in 2003 with lots of different antibiotics administered since none were working. They finally used cipro, which is strong. Now, I've got auto-immune disease that hasn't allowed me to gain health regardless of all the foods I've eliminated from my diet. I'm pretty sure it's because it created leaky gut.

Greetings from Russia!!! Some good things about hydrogen sulfide... Stalin was greatly disturbed by pain in the joints of the arms and legs. He believed that it was rheumatism, which he "earned" during his four-year exile to Eastern Siberia. The hydrogen sulfide waters of the vicinity of Matsesta (Sochi) helped Stalin, and the pains practically disappeared. So Stalin had a dacha on Matsesta, and on the Agura River the first structures providing hydrogen sulfide water to the Soviet leader. Later, public concrete fonts and uncomplicated infrastructure necessary for the treatment of people appeared on Agura. The number of those suffering from healing grew, but the debit of Agura's hydrogen sulfide source was small. As a result, a new source of hydrogen sulfide water was discovered on the Matsesta River with a higher debit. Nevertheless, the half-abandoned and dilapidated infrastructure of the hydrogen sulfide sources of the Agura River continues to be popular. therapeutic source of hydrogen sulfide near Sochi this video is dry summer kzbin.info/www/bejne/hp7ceH9nprGfkLs this video is made in the rainy summer kzbin.info/www/bejne/h4G0ooaBi7CJrKM

I’ve been listening and reading to a lot of different things about Hydrogen Sulfide SIBO. I have been on a low sulfur diet and anti-microbial herbs for months and still not all the way better. Still can’t eat any high sulfur foods without severe gut pain that doesn’t subside for a couple days. One thing that no one seems to be talking about is if you have both hydrogen sulfide SIBO and an oxalate issue. This leaves pretty much nothing left to eat. And most elemental diets have supplements in them that are irritating for those with sulfur issues (choline, methyl-folate, L-cysteine). My nutritionist suspects I might have an oxalate issue due to my calcium levels continuing to drop, but I there’s almost nothing I can eat if I were to combine the low sulfur diet with the low oxalate diet.

When we treated that, and the mcas, and the borna virus (youll not find much about that on goigle, diagnosed in germany), she was able to eat again. I have sulfur breath. Take Moly (45mcg) once a day. Avoiding sulfur foods helps (eggs, onions, etc) but still smell like sulfur. Started swigging Pepto Ultra, when eating. Still having normal bowel movements, even with three doses of pepto a day. It helps somewhat. I know there is a reason why this is happening, but nothing is curing it. Tried Rifaxamin twice. Endoscopy was unremarkable, stool test same. Hydrogen breath test was positive, dr put me on a liquid supplement from some lab to take at each meal. Had to be refrigerated and it did not change anything. Gave up after a two months. I think it was for something my body was not producing, but I forget what. So frustrated. Effects my whole life. No pain or health issues. Would almost prefer pain over this sulfur thing. ☹️

If you've got some kind of toxicity, and your liver's ability to relieve that toxicity has been slowed by a lack of sulfur, it's possible that an epsom salt bath would enable the liver to start processing those toxins, which in turn might initiate the release of toxins from storage sites, resulting in intracranial pressure and/or nerve inflammation. This process is very characteristic of chronic Vitamin A toxicity, from which I've been recovering for several months now, although I'm sure there are a variety of other toxic states that would exhibit the same pattern.

I was plagued with H Pylori for years and tried all kinds of antibiotics etc. but it kept coming back. I finally got rid of it when I read about a white vinegar treatment they used in some Middle-East hospitals (which basically consists of putting 1 TBsp of white vinegar on your food at each meal. Do this for 10-14 days). Then I worked on supplementing with vits that help make stomach enzymes: B1, B2, B3, B6, zinc, potassium & sodium chloride. I've been rid of H pylori for 4 years now. :)

What I do is add magnesium sulfate to a ultra sonic mister so small amounts fill up the room and eventually enter via the lungs. I suspect the real reason people love hot springs over cold water springs is the water vapor carries the minerals in via the lungs. I learned about nebulizing MGSO4 from a Dr Sarah Myhill, be careful with the dose though as amounts in excess of biological needs results in the kidneys having to filter the MGSO4 out of the blood which can result in serious pain. A rule of thumb I use is to stop the machine once you feel the relaxing effect of magnesium (can feel like a whole body massage). I once used sodium molybendanate in tiny amounts, I don't recommend it unless you've first done your homework as it can be extremely dangerous if you take too much. One thing I do is I pay close attention to my taste buds when taking such minerals, taste buds are simply amazing as they change half way through a diluted glass of ferrous sulfate from "yum this is great" to "yuk what the hell are you drinking", play around with this one, so long as you start with a safe mineral just in case you get it wrong.

@@DC-vj4wv ahhhhh ok thank you for doing that research and sharing all that w me. I know how questions, research, and subsequent answers often leads to more questions and then a diff path altogether. I will remember the resveratrol info 😊

This all sounds good in theory but where are the nuts and bolts to over come this insidious spiral. I have been dealing with sibo for about a year now and have only found xifaxin to be helpfu. The only problem is that I must live on this drug or everything returns within days of discontinuing the drug, and everything encompasses a plethora of unpleasant effects that can be unbearable. I will watch the other video you mentioned but if you have any guidance as to how to actually implement any of this information I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi Ric, I have written about this on my blog on a few occasions, which can be found on the website. It is difficult to know what you should do without knowing your full history and individual context. However, I would bet that your consuming food which your body does not like!

@@EONutrition I will check your website. I have basically reduced my diet to almost exclusively animal based just recently with at least 6 eggs per day and lots of meat and cheese w/no fiber. Don't know what you would make of this, just looking for relief. Thanks for the response. I will investigate your site.

Please relax. You are probably eating something that's bloating you. I have IBS, which I think is SIBO. I have been extremely bloated since 2018. I have a flat stomach within 2-3 days if I take out grains, dairy, beans and cruciferous vegetables. You need to do a low fodmap diet or an elimination diet.

Believe me I know your pain, for about a decade now. I haven’t found the full solution but I did find something life-changing. The carnivore diet, no eggs either Not sure it’s a forever fix but a week of (mostly organic) red meat when I was at my worst & most desperate was life saving. I did carnivore for a few months and I must say I never felt better in my entire fucking life. I’m talking zero bloating, great energy, great mood, after a few months I was in incredible physical shape too. It’s just tough to have a social life when you’re constantly in the kitchen cooking meals, organs and prepping. Super light weight with alcohol while on carnivore. I began adding honey and fruit eventually too. Since then I had my impacted wisdom teeth removed, which helped a lot with what foods I could eat. So I relaxed on my diet & now Constipation is worsening again & but it never really went away in the first place. But the pain, bloating, suffering & full body anxiety did go away with carnivore. Dr. Paul Saladino probably has the best arguments for it in my opinion, worth a look. Plus his discussion around linoleic acid, LDL, metabolic function is vital knowledge. It’s all free on his podcast. I kind of go on it every time I have a flair now to get out of it. Ps. Vegetable fiber is the death of me. Everyone is different but I hope some of that can help you, Good luck

Yes carnivore can increase hydrogen sulphide producing bacteria - It’s a tight rope between managing the sugar loving bacteria and that one. Not easy to fix at all. I am hoping a couple of week of GAPS, then a colonic and a feces transplant will do the job. Fingers crossed. Having a lot of fermented juices as well - building up slowly to help deal with intolerance.
