Yayyy! God I love interstellar so much I been there twice and burnt bean once the first time you went. I do love burnt bean as much as interstellar I’m glad you got the lamb and scalloped potatoes I was worried you wouldn’t I haven’t seen you get lamb and most important the Frito pie sausage because you never get sausage but I love that sausage so much. It’s second only to tejas chocolates chile rellano sausage that thing is nuts. Ready to see what’s next

I know midwest bbq very well... lived in Stl for 15 years...midwest lives and dies on sauce! Smoke, baste, cook, baste, grill, baste...texas bbq is prime! Maybe a NC/SC trip to get some east coast bbq!
