This reel is part of a special series of 10 videos filmed by the Lewy Body Dementia Resource Center (LBDRC) to help families, health care professionals, and the general public understand Lewy body dementia (LBD) and to bring much needed AWARENESS to this misunderstood disease which is not rare.
People living with LBD and caregivers openly share the DIFFICULTIES they have experienced. They also share the BLESSINGS they have received.

Ive heard it called "The Long Goodbye" and i think of it as a time we can tell each other all the things we needed to say to eachother to have a proper goodbye before they pass away. Alot of people don't get that time because their loved one passes away very quickly and unexpectedly and they'd give anything just to have a little time to say goodbye. So, as hard as it is , this time we do have to say goodbye and to share feelings can be considered. a blessing because alot of people dont get the time.

@@eringrady5051 from what I've read in online articles to videos it just seems to be a symptom of both Parkinson's and Lewy Body
