Yep can hear you loud and clear sat by the pool in 81 degree Tunisia mate , although the iceubes in my cocktail did cause me to raise the volume a bit 😅 Once lose use a cordless and some grips it'll be way faster ,also I seem to remember harry put numbers on each plate for reassembly

I pasteurized mine recently mate. Gave it a reverse direction CIP with 90oC water heated in/out in a recirc fashion from my kettle. You wont believe what comes out after 80 mins of that with my CIP pump.

My other one gets a 45min caustic flush every brew and it's shocking! This one will be fun I bet. Cheers

@@FourPriestsBrewery oh yeah I do that anyway. It wasn’t until I started to get a few problems I did a reverse direction as well. Now it’s a monthly 90oc wash thing for me at Maverick.
