Have a great Christmas from New Zealand always look forward to the videos. Are the Brits into hazy or West coast IPA style beers around the 6-7% range or does excise tax ruin that market.

Hi Simon, no it's perfectly normal to see them in the UK and I do like a hazy personally. The beer duty is not a problem at that level, below 8.5% is fine. The customer demand in the venues that we serve is mostly 4%ish session ales so we cater to that. But now the tap room is running well, I hope to diversify more next year to add some more modern craft styles as we can sell them ourselves and not have to worry about scaring the local pubs with 'cloudy beer' :)

Hi! We fill the glass with beer to the top. Sometimes the foam is too much so we ‘top-up’ after a few seconds.

Looks like Northwich was a hit, but no Murghy ?. Oh I know all the other breweries asked you not to bring the world famous brew, Knowing you would of have had them 10 deep at your bar mate :). Seven and half day of the week, we all hear you Andy. We all love you mate for showing us the good stuff but like yin and yang there has to be bad stuff too. Its a very fine balancing act. I've been facing wrapping up but thanks to some friends I'm still about.Cant wait for you real good news mate think you deserve the best Cheers \_/
