This is our Assam...this is the true picture of Assam. I hope that like Harish ji, other's perception about Assam also changes. Just look at how the people made so much effort only for him...hospitality at its best. And we Assamese people don't mind doing these things, in fact we love doing this, this is how we like to treat our guests. Every household he visited, as seen in the last few episodes, he was treated in the same manner, everyone was so welcoming...and everyone put in their best efforts to welcome their guest. Harish ji, I hope you had a wonderful time. Do visit again. You are always welcome. 🙏😊😊😊

And Harish ji, you were lucky that you got to taste so many of our authentic Assamese dishes, which are tasty as well as having a lot of health benefits. We use very less or no masala, except in chicken or other meat dishes(but still less spices as compared to other parts of India). And that's our speciality, the magic lies the flavours, which speak for themselves.

Really farm ke andar unhone bahut sari cheeje grow kar rkhi hai and specially birds like emu and turkey was new for me in india...usually we cant see these types of birds in our motherland..anyways the view was out of this world...something touches like a heaven... And last but not least the food was complete game changer...now i am googling lots of assamese local plants and black rice also. I will surely recommend black rice to my lovely mom. The black rice is good for her health istead of normal white rice. Anyways, that huge variety of foods was just amaze my mind and they served very professionally and politely. I am deep impressed by prople of assam..love to all Assamese. Superb. And at last special thanks to our very dear and charming host and frnd Mr. bali sir...without ur efforts this cant be happened. Actually these dishes you will find in village household. You will not find these in towns and cities where people are too busy with their life, they got no time to make these. They just prefer the easy one. And moreover you will rarely find these vegetables being sold in a town or city market. We eat these in our house. It is normal for us. Bet ganj, baah ganj. Harish ji the best thing about your tours is that you try and attempt to go to the original villages at those places and spend time with the locals there... Also you take the meal that the people there usually eat... These are things we don't get to see or experience otherwise when we travel to places...
