I manage a hotel on a beach that doesn’t stay warm year round (East coast USA) & during our slow season bcuz our company cuts back on labor, I schedule my front desk for 4 hrs then I cover the other 4 & that’s the best my front desk runs… minus the night audit bcuz the company won’t cut those overnight shifts if they think it’s gona get covered by ME. Hell no I’m not working overnight!
