Joey has a good heart. Liked when he said that he tried his best. Honestly, I know that I could never play this game well, while under the stress of the clock.

I appreciate that Joey seems to really care and he is clearly upset with himself when he doesn’t do well. But it’s hard to watch. The fast pace of the show just isn’t for him, he seems like a “think things through before saying anything” kind of guy which doesn’t really work here! There are a few moments he’s done really well as a guesser when he’s sitting there and mulling while the other guesser is guessing, then he breaks his silence with the right answer.

See point proven that's it's not so easy. He's hasn't been great overall on these episodes but he is new so I get the mistake. Literally after seeing he lost because he included "land" in his clue word you then mention another word with "land" in it. So easy to just say "Not Australia".

I think that the contestants are better off being partnered with random people off the street compared to some of these entertainers. Seriously. There are excellent players like Melissa, Matt and Steven Weber from the first season but it is questionable why 25WOL casts horrible players like Shalonda, Akbar, Joey and Natasha. I recall that 25WOL stated that the celebrities are not paid and want the contestants to win but their actions indicate otherwise. I think it would be more interesting to cast previous 25WOL winners, or even superfans or random commentators on this channel, with contestants to promote a fair and healthy competition.

When I asked the same question, about another combo, was told that a complete word cannot be contained in both, in this case, land is the complete word. In your example, a case could be made that both contain end.
