Thank you Engr saady, In practical it’s ok to only subtract any area of ْdoors or widows that have an area more than 2 m^2 ? And any areas less than 2 we consider as extra block quantity for any wastes. Is that concept is good and practical and make sense? Best regards,

i am confused by the looks of your template, i think you took 3 quantities for measuring wall takeoffs, Height,width and off-course the linear measurement, i don't know if you used all three dimensions in final formula or took the thickness just to differentiate walls based on thickness & if you used it in final formula then why the final takeoff is in square meters instead of cubic meters, I mean if we want to take area of wall only then why we need thickness in the formula form, just take the linear length and height of the the wall with thickness multiplying with area gets us the volume of the wall.
