About copyright and fair use - could trivia be fair use? E.g which Taylor swift song has the most plays in Spotify? Does it change of you have pop culture trivia with a question about Taylor or specifically Taylor Swift themed trivia?

I'm not sure on the legal for that. But I'd always err on the side of not earning money by leveraging someone else's IP! Better safe than sorry.
