The posing with Chris was very good, but it needs to be repeated weeks before the show. It's hard to abandon the "bad" habits now, when it's so close to the show.

It's all in the details. I understand you're allowed to coach your athlete while they are doing their mandatory poses, but ideally, it would be best to learn as much as you can until it becomes second nature. That takes time. Amazing work

It’s so hard filling out (muscle) a big frame such as Quinton (I should know I’m the same height as him) but if he manages to reach that level and excellent condition with that small waist then it’s game over

People don’t understand how crazy this is… Quinton is Cormier 2.0… (Battle for the 96-97 OLYMPIA) just wish he would utilize his services fully. Cormier will take him to the next level… Quinton got everything, he just needs to be in Cormier’s camp for 1-2 years. Working with him virtually or 1-2 days before the show is not enough, he need to train & pose with him daily to truly reap the benefits… just the small tweaks in his posing improved his presentation tremendously.

Quint has a great structure. Being a taller bodybuilder, he has room for more size. He is going to be a scary guy to compete with and sooner vs later. Impressive! Congrats on the recent 3rd place. I thought the show could have gone to either of the top 3. It was apples, oranges. A different set of judges may have given the top spot to Quint and I doubt anyone would have bitched. The smaller guy was in the best condition but he was short and in my opinion had multiple structural issues that will be hard to address. Quint is more the genetic freak with the X frame, which in my opinion is always preferable compared to the shorter, squatty look with the bigger waistline. The shorter guy also lacked arms. He was RIPPED though and in amazing condition, which I give him props for. Many thought the shorter guy should have won. I was not in agreement but I can see the point.
