When it comes to Kashmiri Brahmins and how they were raped killed, and thrown out own houses, They are so hesitant even to accept or admit firmly the brutality on Kashmiri Brahmins. But the reasons he can’t be lopsided. The loss of Kashmiri pundits at one point being referred to as migration rather than a forced exodus is telling. A lot of nonsense. 1. The violence in Kashmir in 1990s was caused by the stage managed kidnapping of Mehbooba’s sister. Mufti was the Union Home Minister who shamelessly got his daughter kidnapped as an excuse to release terrorists 2. The PDP primarily represents the radical Islam and Pakistani interests in the region . It has supported terrorists and separatists and has been instrumental in the violence in that region 3. The guy compares J&K with POK. POK has never had a single free election 4. He claims 2002 was the only free and fair election. This is absolute nonsense. There may have been some rigged elections in the past but TN Seshan put an end to that. This happened not just in Kashmir but all over India 5. The principle provisions of Article 370 were part of agreement of all princely states into the Indian Union. The reason was because their accession to India happened with the Indian Constitution yet to be drafted and the provisions envisaged a continuation of the earlier agreements between them and Britain. The continuation of that status was a temporary measure due to the dispute resolution process in the UN in 1950s. The Modi government did the right step by getting rid of that archaic provision. What this joker (and regional parties like PDP, NC etc) want is a special status which would allow them more privileges than the Indian citizen. This is completely unacceptable

Only the locals can bring the Kashmiri Pandits back which they must try and they should make intiative rather than allowing government to do such because they again will try to do it to gain the votes and pandits have lost the faith in locals and government too but if kashmir people as a society will show big heart make them feel safe than they might think to do so.
