This video was really great for drawing attention to the disconnect with the younger generation. It’s not that they want to rebel, I believe they want to understand better and feel loved. I would love to see more videos like this.

I really love the questions they ask, it helps me consider how my kids might be thinking about the scriptures. We have scripture study daily, but as teens they don't necessarily talk much, as young adults, your boys are more vocal, so it's helpful.

I'm one of the 20-something-year-olds that enjoys listening and studying with your podcasts! 😅 Once I found the joy in studying the scriptures and really diving into the messages it's hard to fill that hunger or the crave for further knowledge and your podcasts have helped me to do that. Thank you for all the work you put into these podcasts!

i started to listen to your podcast a couple of months ago and it has so many great insights that i find help enlighten my understanding and can give me talking points for with people at church as a 20 something i feel as though uploading the chapter intros that you have at the beginning parts of your episodes to social media could be a good way to help people get excited about what is going on and why that’s meaningful to us now

I love the idea of taking in light! And I kind of knew when I was younger but really came into clarity recently of the fact I’m a HSP(highly sensitive person) and so is one of my kids and I finally had to stop watching the news and I have to be EXTREMELY mindful of media around me and playing these sort of videos and the scriptures and uplifting music I learned is CRUCIAL!❤ You have to pull out the dark and then make sure you fill up with light in its place !❤ And some people aren’t as sensitive to those things and some of us even the smallest thing effects is that way but to some extent we all are affected and have to be mindful ❤ and “careful and not casual“❤

The gospels have stories and narrative while the epistles are more doctrine. That’s what makes the epistles more difficult for me to study. Doesn’t feel as exciting until you really dive in.

I love the boys honest questions. Even if they seem silly we all have them. We need those raw questions asked so we can learn more. Mike, I totally love your straightforwardness. No drama- no fluff. Just telling it like it is. I feel the spirit when you teach. I feel that the background of the scriptures is what is helping me the most. My sister told me about talking scripture about 2 years ago. I've been loving it ever since.
