I recon the untimely figs as those who the spirit has withdrawn and they are left to themselves. in Verse 14 of Chapter 6, the heavens departed and then everything is moved out of their place. I notice from the cross referenced scriptures that it all starts in the LORDs house, then proceeds into the world. We are certainly seeing that today. Then in Rev 7 verse 9 and verses 13-14 we see that those who are of the multitude are those that came out from the tribulation. Obviously there was not a Rapture as many evangelical and others preach from 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, which in the face of their interpretations states that this rising up happens when the Savior comes. (16) Not before. I love your podcast. It is very refreshing to have it slowed down and cover the details. I am very grateful.

When you spoke about women playing a role in 1st Temple, I couldn't help thinking about Miriam's song...they were probably in the Temple/Tabernacle!

The song of Miriam is a great example. The Psalms also include women participating in first temple music and worship. I (Mike) recently did a write up on how Psalm 45 incorporated these ideas.

This is a great question… my interpretation currently is expressed in the show notes (see the link in the description) and in my statement in the podcast… what do you see it as?

I see it as the angels of destruction being held back in heaven. It's explain somewhere in the doctrine and covenants... But that silence is almost like those angels of destruction are at the starting line of a race, standing still and waiting for the whistle to go.

I think to understand the half hour of silence, we need to use D&C 88:95 - and then consider church history. Yes, i think the half hour of silence is past. Imho we're nearly 150y into the 7th seal. Imo the silence, the new scroll - it's temple related

This is the second or third time that Bryce has declared that communism is dead. I dont know how you can say that when China, North Korea, Vietnam, and Cuba are still communist nations. And as far as it no longer being a threat, I wonder if the non-communist nation of Taiwan, that China wants to take over again, feels threatened? Communism continues to be a threat and always will be, it just continues to morph and change forms so that we don't recognize it for what it is.

Ya communism is not dead. It is the counterfeit of God's government and will always be a threat till christ comes. It's definitely infiltrating and trying to destroy our republic, ezra taft benson was warning us back in the 70's and 80's of its threats. It is here look what we are dealing with now.
