You know this podcast is making serious strides when we get interviews like this that major media houses have not even dared do. I'm genuinely proud of you guys.

1KR, my father, was posted there, we lived in 1KR for more than 10 years. It's one of the best Army battalion. 1KR was one of the 1st Army battalions into Somalia . I still remember the day they left for Somalia, I had lived in an army base most my life then, but that day I saw weapons I had never seen in my life, that day I knew what instruments of violence look like. Imagine seeing your neighbour's father, who you knew as baba nani carrying 2 bazukas, an automatic rifle, a pistol, a big knife, chains of bullets all over his body, and grenades. That was the day I finally understood what my father does in the Army, and it was not pretty. Of course, it was scary watching people you know go to war, but what was more scary is the moral they had. They were just singing.

That denial that soldiers were not beaten and tortured makes his story skeptical,we have relatives who were maimed who had nothing to do with the coup, one of them is my uncle from garissa, a technician in the Air Force ,,,As amillitary man he should have known there is no way air power can capture a territory This is basic knowledge even for the lowest rank except for mad men like Ochuka,Therefore when he says with straight face if the bombs were dropped the country would have been KWISHA is laughable,I just went to this level of evaluation because I know some of my country men are very suggestible,We need a true history from our elders but not POROJO and CONSPIRACY theories,
