Slippery was my first hard rock/ metal album in early 1987 when I turned 11 and became my gateway drug into all things hard rock and metal 😎🤘🎸

Great ratings! And I fully agree Edge had to be on SWW somewhere.

Let It Rock - 6 it has a killer guitar solo You Give Love A Bad Name - 8 The breakdown is epic Living on a Prayer - 10 Perfection Social Disease - 4 yeah nice experiment but nah Wanted Dead or Alive - 8 (the acoustic guitar) Raise Your Hands - 6 (Yeah it is enjoyable) Without Love - 8 (emotional) I'd Die for you - 6 (yeah ok) Never Say Goodbye - 6 (I guess you had to be there) Wild In The Street - 8 (heaps of fun) Lay Your Hands On Me - 8 (Great when performed live and a great song to start a set) Bad Medicine - 6 - simply for the construction of the breakdown and then the reprisal Born To Be My Baby - 7 it was a solid song Living in Sin - 9 That vocal scream at the end of the song is insane Blood on Blood - 9 great epic song Homebound Train - 6 has grown on me musically but not my favorite Wild is the Wind - 8 Great overall feel Ride Cowboy Ride - 6 nice experiment Stick to Your Guns - 8 links in nicely with Wild is the Wind I'll be there for you - 7 points for the vocal performance 99 in the Shade - 6 yeah I guess it was a beach thing Love For Sale - 8 (I love the experimental nature of this as a closing track.

Love it! And a great call out about the scream at the end of Living In Sin!

Incl. the 1992 Keep The Faith album, I did really enjoy their albums. The debut not so much. After 92 only single songs were convincing me.

Have to agree with Vincent here. Wanted is one of the best Bon Jovi songs ever. Especially the version on this left feels right. It's Bon Jovis Eagle (but nowhere near as good)

I think most people would agree with Vincent over me on that one. I’m realize I’m in the majority for sure.

Metallica fans dizzying Bon Jovi back in the day make me laugh so hard even to this day. Always remember Metallica fans, always remember that your band was the opener for Bon Jovi at the Castle Donington in 1987 and also played before them at the same festival in 1985. So, Metallica was an opener for Bon Jovi just as hundreds and hundreds of other bands around the globe.
