I love Travis. He has been at Fairchild my whole career and I could listen to this guy talk fitness for days. Just a wealth of knowledge and a genuine subject matter expert.

@@OnesReady LOL ! The comment below answered my question . Yeah , I get the "pipeline" is for various reasons , one is to see who can handle it . But , I was wondering whats the point if some of the exercises or experiences break you or hinder you by the time you are ready for deployments ? It would seem to me higher command would want everyone in as best shape as possible . Thanks for the content and your service fellas . Ex Airforce here ! xoxoxo
