High end needs to include the VooDoo S and VooDoo M in front of a LPVO day optic mounted with a flip to the side Wilcox mount. If we are including 18k civilian Iray 1280 scopes then 15k VooDoo line makes sense. Can't wait to see what is in the pipe line at SHOT. Great show. Never miss an episode. Merry Christmas guys.

Good show once again. For anyone out there considering buying a Thermal, Outdoor Legacy is great to deal with. I just bought three (one for a buddy) and one of the dials on the thermal did not feel right. Legacy took it back quickly and got me up and running within two days. What I learned from this episode is that if I bump my budget from the $5K or less to the $6K realm, I would be served best with a scope that incorporates both day screen and thermal. Sounds good to me.

Do you ever twist your knob on the Pulsars? Shut the PIP off and give it a try.

Unless they have a new firmware update, spinning the knob doesn’t do anything on a Thermion. You can press the + button and then spin the knob and zoom up incrementally but you have to press the + every single time and after 3 seconds it times out and must be pressed again. Nice feature but not near as nice as not having to press any buttons and just scrolling the knob. Thanks for watching and we appreciate the comment.

How far off is the RICO GH 50 LRF vs the Bolt outside of the fact of the built in LFR?

The GH50 is nice but the image quality is significantly better on the Bolt TH50. It’s a really big image upgrade.
